I started KayjLabs because I kept seeing the same problem: good businesses losing customers to competitors with better websites — and paying too much, waiting too long, or getting burned by agencies that didn't deliver.

My background covers full-stack web development, branding, SEO, and AI-assisted tooling. I work across Pakistan and internationally, primarily with solo operators, clinics, contractors, and small service businesses that need a real online presence — not a template with their logo swapped in.
