For hotel GMs, sales and revenue leaders

Your team wins the business once someone's seen the property. We make sure someone shows up to see it.

We book the meetings and site visits with corporate, MICE, and leisure accounts. Your sales team takes it from there, on property, the way they already close best.

Two clay hands passing a hotel key from one to the other.

What this means for your role

General Manager

A revenue line you can hold to account.

Every cost is on the page, next to the business it is expected to bring in. Judge it the way you judge any other line on the P&L.

Director of Sales

More of the work your team is best at.

Nobody on your team gets replaced or second-guessed. Their calendar fills with meetings and site visits they host and close, without spending their week prospecting.

Director of Revenue

Direct business, not commission.

Corporate and group accounts booked at your own negotiated rates rather than through an OTA. Model the room nights, ancillary spend and RevPAR contribution yourself.

Run your own numbers

The gap

Your team was hired to close. Nobody hired them to prospect.

Hotel sales people come up through operations or straight from hospitality school, and both paths build the skill that actually wins business: winning someone over once they're on property. Neither path was ever meant to teach pipeline, tooling and structured outreach to corporate and MICE accounts, and even marketing and ecommerce work through newsletters, social and partnerships rather than B2B outbound. So prospecting quietly sits on nobody's desk, and that's the part we take on.

How it works

Three steps. The last one is yours.

  1. 01

    We find the accounts

We find and reach out to the corporate, MICE, and leisure accounts most likely to book with your property.

  2. 02

We put it on the calendar

We handle the outreach and follow-up until a meeting or site visit is on the calendar.

  3. 03

    Your team closes it

Your team hosts the meeting or site visit and closes it the way they already do best, once the person is on property or has experienced it.

Fair questions

Why not use our marketing team, or hire someone?

Marketing builds demand. This books meetings.

Marketing drives demand for the property in general: ads, social, SEO. This is targeted, account-based outreach to specific companies and event organizers. It is a different discipline, aimed at a different kind of buyer.

A new hire usually ends up closing, not prospecting.

Hiring for this usually means giving it to someone whose real strength, and the reason they were hired, is closing business once someone's on property. Running a weekly outbound cadence is a different job. The role and the skill set don't match, which is why it tends to quietly stop a few months in, even with good intentions.

What this could be worth

Run it with your own numbers.

From emails sent to signed contracts and revenue, set against the full cost of running the service. Every figure updates as you go, and the full method is at the bottom.

Your numbers come with you, so there's nothing to re-explain.

Cold email infrastructure

What will your sending setup cost?

Enter how many people you want to reach and how often. We work out the inboxes, domains and sending platform plan you need, and what that costs each month. Then send the numbers to us and we'll help you get it set up.

  1. 1Run your numbers
  2. 2Send them to us in one click
  3. 3We reply personally

A month has about 22 weekdays. Fewer days means more emails per day, so you need more inboxes.

15 to 30 is the safest range for deliverability. Above 40, inboxes start to burn.

How we calculate this

Volume

  • Emails in the sequence = contacts × emails per contact.
  • Emails per day = emails in the sequence ÷ sending days.
  • Emails per month = emails per day × 22 weekdays. This is the pace your setup can sustain, and it's what we check against plan limits.

Inboxes and domains

  • Inboxes = emails per day ÷ emails per inbox per day, plus your buffer, rounded up.
  • Domains = inboxes ÷ inboxes per domain, rounded up.

Costs

  • Mailboxes: your chosen price per inbox per month. Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 is included.
  • Domains: $14 per .com per year, shown per month (÷ 12) in the total.
  • Sending platform: the cheapest plan whose active prospect and monthly email limits cover your numbers. Starter fits up to 2,000 active prospects and 6,000 emails a month, Pro up to 30,000 and 100,000, Scale unlimited prospects and 200,000 emails.

Before you start

New inboxes need 2 to 3 weeks of warmup before they reach full volume. Plan for that lead time, or ramp the sequence up gradually.

From inside the sales office

We've knocked on those doors. That's why this exists.

Anyone who has worked in a hotel sales office knows how new accounts actually get found. It's hard, it's manual, and very little of it turns into business.

  • Sales blitzes, knocking on doors in office towers and industrial zones, and sometimes being shown straight back out.
  • Asking a receptionist whether the right person happens to be in today.
  • Cold calling companies found on Google Maps or 2GIS.
  • Phoning travel bookers to ask for fifteen minutes and a chat.
  • Chasing the travel agencies, bed banks and wholesalers that serve your source markets.
  • Answering rate requests from strangers, and hoping someone comes in for a site visit.

The marketing answer was usually "send us your contact list and we'll email it." An offer went out to people who already knew the hotel, and a few of them booked. Useful, but it never opened a new account.

Every sales manager we worked alongside would have been better at the job with a partner booking warm meetings and site visits for them. That's the partner Kayj Labs is built to be.

FAQ

The questions worth asking first.

How is this different from a marketing agency?

A marketing agency builds general demand for the property through ads, social and search. We do targeted outreach to specific companies and event organizers, and the thing we deliver is a meeting or site visit on your team's calendar, not impressions or traffic.

Where do the meetings come from, and is this compliant?

Two places. First, your hotel's own contacts: past guests, event enquiries and accounts that have gone quiet, which are often the warmest leads a property has. Second, new companies and event organizers we identify as a good fit for your property, with business contact details for the right decision-makers found through professional research tools.

Every message is individual business outreach to a relevant person, with a clear way to opt out, and the work is run within UAE data protection requirements.

What if our team already handles this?

Most hotel sales teams don't have anyone doing it full time, because the rest of the job always comes first. This fills that specific gap. It doesn't replace anyone, it gives the people you already have more meetings to close.

What does this cost?

A fixed monthly retainer of $1,500, plus sending infrastructure that scales with how many emails go out each month. The investment breakdown in the calculator shows the exact figure for your volume, with the mailbox and domain counts spelled out.

We deliver booked meetings and site visits. Your team closes the ones who've seen the property.
