Privacy Policy

KayjLabs (“KayjLabs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a cold email outreach agency. This policy explains what information we collect through kayjlabs.com and in the course of providing our services, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1.Who this policy covers

This policy applies to two kinds of information: (a) information we collect from visitors to this website and prospective clients who contact us, and (b) business contact information that our clients direct us to use as part of running outreach campaigns on their behalf (“Client Campaign Data”). Section 4 below covers Client Campaign Data specifically.

2.Information we collect

Information you give us directly. When you fill out our contact form, we collect your name, work email address, company name, and a description of your offer and ideal customer. If you email us directly, we collect whatever you include in that message.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting and analytics providers may automatically log standard technical data such as IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and referring URL. We use this only to operate and improve the site — not to build an advertising profile of you.

3.How we use this information

  • To respond to your inquiry and put together a proposed outreach plan.
  • To deliver the services you've engaged us for — research, copywriting, infrastructure setup, campaign sending, and reporting.
  • To communicate with you about your account or engagement, including billing.
  • To understand how the site is used so we can improve it.
  • To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, ever.

4.Client Campaign Data

Running cold email campaigns requires processing business contact details — names, work email addresses, job titles, and company information — that our clients provide or direct us to research on their behalf. When we handle this data, we do so as a service provider acting on the client's instructions, not as the owner of that data.

We apply commercially reasonable list-hygiene practices — verified lists, honoring unsubscribe and opt-out requests, and maintaining suppression lists across campaigns. That said, the client remains responsible for the legality of their target list, messaging, and claims — see our Terms of Service for the full allocation of that responsibility.

If you are a recipient of an email sent by a KayjLabs client and want to be removed from future outreach, use the unsubscribe instructions in that email or contact us at hello@kayjlabs.com and we'll add you to our suppression list.

5.Cookies

This site currently uses only strictly necessary, functional storage in your browser (for example, to remember basic interface state). We don't run advertising trackers. If that changes — for instance, if we add analytics — we'll update this policy.

6.How we share information

We share information with service providers who help us run the business — hosting, email and CRM tooling, and calendar scheduling — bound by confidentiality obligations. We may also disclose information if required by law, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. We do not sell personal information to third parties.

7.Data retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide our services, respond to your inquiries, and meet legal and accounting obligations. Clients can request deletion of Client Campaign Data once an engagement ends, subject to any records we need to retain by law.

8.Your rights and choices

Depending on where you're located, you may have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information, and to opt out of marketing communications from us. To exercise any of these, email hello@kayjlabs.com and we'll respond as promptly as we can.

9.Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, though, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

10.Children's privacy

Our site and services are directed at businesses, not children. We don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.

11.International users

We're based in [insert your country/state], and information you provide may be processed there. By using our site or services, you consent to this transfer and processing.

12.Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, let active clients know directly.
